Operators must use their own employee number to log in to the smart tool cabinet system. The system records who takes each tool.

Operators search for tools based on the actual production job and take only what they need. Taking no more than needed helps stop tools from staying beside machines or on workbenches for a long time. It also keeps enough stock for other machines and shifts.

3. Check after regrinding: After regrinding, the tool must be checked. Only tools that pass the check can be changed back to “Normal Use” in the system.
