In addition to our precision CNC machining services, we offer a comprehensive array of surface finishing solutions tailored for machined components.

As Machined

This finishing option offers significant cost savings with natural machine marks, making it ideal for prototype validation, functional testing, or applications where residual machining texture is acceptable per engineering specifications.

Bead Blast

Machined parts are bead blasted with glass beads to achieve a uniform, grainy texture and eliminate machining marks.

Polishing

Polishing delivers a high-luster finish, reducing surface roughness (Ra < 0.8μm) and enhancing metal aesthetics. It utilizes mechanical abrasion or chemical treatmentto create a smooth, reflective surface.

Anodizing

Anodizing improves corrosion resistance and wear properties, and enables color dyeing, making it perfect for aluminum parts.

Black Oxide

Black oxide is a conversion coating applied to ferrous materials to provide mild corrosion resistance, enhance appearance, and to minimize light reflection.

Heat Treatment

We have prepared a "Common Problem Analysis Report" to clearly explain the causes of various abnormalities and the corresponding standard solutions to ensure that the processing process is transparent and traceable.

2. Full inspection commitment

For appearance products, 100% full inspection regardless of the order volume or quality requirements to prevent defective products from flowing out.

3. Zero concealment of defective products

If it is found that the product does not meet the standard:
1) Immediately start a special communication process and explain the details of the problem in writing.
2) Simultaneously submit a rework/replacement plan for your confirmation.
3) Perform subsequent operations after authorization, and there will be no uninformed shipment behavior.
