    Founder's Story

    Everything Started with a Commitment to Doing Things Right

    Sugar is the Co-Founder of REKO, responsible for international sales and global customer relationships, while her partner leads production and quality.

    After years in international sales, Sugar entered the CNC machining industry in 2018—and quickly noticed a gap. Many factories were strong in machining, but weak in organization, communication, and service. Workshops were often cluttered, tools and gauges poorly managed, and management focused almost entirely on production, leaving customers struggling with slow responses and unclear feedback.

    She believed precision manufacturing should not stop at the machine—it should extend to communication, responsibility, and service.

    Partnering with an experienced manufacturing specialist, Sugar co-founded REKO to bridge this gap. Production and quality were built on strong technical foundations, while sales and customer communication were treated as equally critical parts of the process.

    REKO grew from a small workshop into a modern CNC facility serving customers across Europe and North America. The company earned long-term partnerships not only through consistent quality, but through clean processes, clear communication, and a service-driven mindset.

    Today, Sugar focuses on building a disciplined global sales team and breaking the traditional barrier between factory and customer—making CNC machining more transparent, responsive, and reliable.
