  • PayPal
  • Please contact us if you have specific payment requirements.

    Factory & Location

    Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China, close to Shenzhen International Airport.
This location allows efficient logistics for international shipments.

    Quality Control

How do you ensure product quality?

Quality is controlled at every stage of production:

  • Drawing confirmation with the customer before production
  • Strict drawing control and revision management
  • Certified and reliable material suppliers
  • Experienced programmers and machinists
  • Self-inspection during machining with records
  • QC inspection for dimensions and surface quality
  • Full dimensional inspection reports when required
  • Final surface check before packing
  • Inspection reports can be provided together with shipment.

    Delivery & Lead Time

How do you guarantee on-time delivery?

    We ensure delivery reliability through:

  • An independent PMC (Production Management Control) department
  • Weekly production meetings to track progress and resolve issues
  • Internal production progress tracking system
  • This structured system helps prevent delays and ensures smooth execution.

    Tolerances & Precision

    What tolerances can you achieve?

Our machining tolerances comply with ISO 2768 standards:

  • High-precision metal parts: up to ±0.005 mm
  • Standard metal machining: ±0.01 mm
  • Plastics and composite materials: ±0.02 mm
  • Final tolerance capability depends on part geometry and material.

    Materials

What materials are best for CNC machining?

    Commonly used materials include:

  • Metals: Aluminum, Stainless steel, Brass, Steel, Copper,
  • Plastics: POM, ABS, PEEK, PMMA, PA, PTEF, PVC, PE, HDPE,
  • Material selection depends on strength, weight, environment, and cost.

Can I provide my own materials for machining?

Yes. Customer-supplied materials are acceptable if they meet processing and safety requirements.
Please contact us in advance to confirm compatibility.

How do I choose the right material for my part?

    Material selection depends on:

  • Mechanical strength
  • Weight requirements
  • Temperature and environmental conditions
  • Surface finish needs
  • Cost targets
  • We provide free DFM support to help you choose the most suitable material.

Do different materials affect lead time?

Yes. Harder or difficult-to-machine materials may require longer machining and inspection time.

What are the most cost-effective materials for prototypes?

Aluminum and ABS are commonly used for prototyping due to their machinability and cost efficiency.

Do you offer food-safe or medical-grade materials?

Yes. Materials such as PEEK and 316L stainless steel are available.
Please specify applicable standards during your inquiry.

Are plastic parts as strong as metal parts?

    Generally no.
Engineering plastics offer good performance, but metals are preferred for high-load or structural applications.

Can I change the material after confirming the order?

We recommend finalizing material selection before production starts.
Changes after machining begins may result in additional costs or delays.

Do you offer eco-friendly or recycled materials?

Yes. Recycled ABS, recycled PE, and certain aluminum alloys are available.
Please inform us of any sustainability requirements during inquiry.

    Surface Finishing

What is surface finishing in CNC machining?

Surface finishing enhances appearance, corrosion resistance, durability, or functional performance of CNC-machined parts.

Which surface finishing methods do you offer?

    We offer:

  • Anodizing
  • Electroplating
  • Sandblasting
  • Painting
  • Powder coating
  • Polishing & brushing
  • Heat treatment
  • Passivation
  • What materials are suitable for anodizing?

Anodizing is mainly suitable for aluminum and its alloys. It is not applicable to ferrous metals or most plastics.

    Can stainless steel be anodized?

No. Stainless steel cannot be anodized. Electroplating or passivation is more suitable.

    Can I specify surface roughness?

Yes. Please specify Ra or Rz requirements during quotation or order confirmation.

    Does surface finishing affect tolerances?

Yes. Most surface treatments add a coating layer, which may affect tight tolerances. Please inform us in advance if tolerances are critical.

Can multiple surface treatments be applied to one part?

    In some cases, yes.
For example, sandblasting before anodizing. Process compatibility will be evaluated by our engineers.

    Do you offer custom colors?

Yes. Custom colors for anodizing and painting are available.
Please provide Pantone or RAL color codes.

Will surface finishing improve corrosion resistance?

Yes. Treatments such as anodizing, powder coating, and passivation significantly enhance corrosion resistance.

How thick is the coating layer?

    Typical coating thickness:

  • Anodizing: 5–25 μm
  • Electroplating: 2–30 μm
  • Powder coating: 50–150 μm
