Before the client arrives, REKO will complete a series of preparations to ensure the visit is smooth and informative.
To ensure safety, confidentiality, and a smooth visit, every guest is required to complete the Visitor Registration Form upon arrival. The information helps us prepare access permissions, arrange safety gear, and record the visit.
Fields highlighted in red are to be completed by our sales representative, while fields highlighted in blue are to be filled in by the customer. The blue entries will remain visible in the form for customer reference.

Our standard reception team includes the Company Leader, Engineer, Sales Representative, and Sales Assistant, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient communication experience.
Company Leader / Management: Welcomes the client, demonstrates the company's commitment, and is empowered to address strategic cooperation topics and make on-site decisions.
Engineer / Technical Lead: Answers technical questions regarding capabilities, processes, and quality standards, showcasing REKO's technical expertise.
Sales Representative: Acts as the client's main contact person, facilitating communication on cooperation flow, project status, and building trust.
Sales Assistant: Supports logistics, prepares documents, takes notes, and ensures the visit runs smoothly and efficiently.

To provide our clients with a comprehensive understanding of REKO's capabilities, the visit is structured into three key parts: a company presentation by our General Manager Sugar to highlight our services and strategic vision; a guided production line tour led by the sales team to showcase our manufacturing processes and quality control; and a final discussion session for both parties to exchange ideas on project needs, technical requirements, and future cooperation.
After the visit, the sales team will send a complete visit summary within 24 hours. This ensures both sides stay aligned on project expectations and technical details.
